So hard to believe that she is already old enough to be in k3 or big school as she's calling it! Today Harper started back to school and this year she's going three days a week. She was so excited and so ready to start back!
Ready to go!
She wanted pig tails today and NO bows!
She was pretty excited about her new lunchbox!
This is what she picked out for her hair today. Her Nana and Paw Paw brought these back for her from Myrtle Beach and they change colors in the sun.
I pulled over in the parking lot and let her get in the front seat so they could get her out easily in the car line. She was excited about getting up front too. We had been talking about car line and Harper thought that was neat so I had hoped that when the time came that she would feel the same. I was a little nervous.
When we pulled up Ms Faye came to the car to get her out. (Ms Faye and Ms Melissa was her teachers from the summer.) I got a quick picture and then she told me bye and a quick I love you...
and Ms Melissa made sure that she got inside. NO TEARS! Praise God! I was so happy, excited and relieved!
Fast forward to 1:15...in the car line picking her up.
She was all smiles still! She had a great day.
She told me about all of the kids in her class and what they did.
She told me that she and Kate have the same back pack.
She said that she sat beside Emma at lunch and they both had Cheese Its.
She also told me that Roxanna had on black flip flops today.
She told me that Conrad is her favorite boy ever!
She told me that she sat in line next to Kate and Roxanna waiting to get picked up.
I'm so thankful for the sweet teachers that helped make Harper's first day easy for her.

Harper is very observant! So funny how she noticed all those things and remembered them to tell you!
