Saturday morning we went to the pool again with our neighbors Heidi and Kevin. This time Blake got to go with us. Harper decided that she wanted to sit in her boat and drive.
She kept telling us to push her around. The water felt so good and cool...just what we needed because it was HOT!
Harper blowing the horn on her boat.
Later that afternoon we came home and got out a couple of little pools in our back yard. This pool has a slide so Harper was excited and ready to try it out.
The slide wouldn't stay wet for long so she kept sticking to it and it made it hard to slide.
She finally did it!
Relaxing in the pool.
playing...and probably talking about having a tea party.
She didn't last too long in the pool until she told us that she was DONE! She was ready to get out but we weren't and she kept telling us that she wanted to play with her kitchen...so we brought the kitchen out for her to play. She was happy and so were we.
She was talking on her phone.
Sunday we decided to take the front of Harper's crib off so it would be a toddler bed and this is the after. We got a safety rail and put up so she can't fall out. She slept great last night and during nap today.
She was so excited about her big girl bed that she could hardly wait on Blake to finish putting it back together. She was making sure all of her dolls were back in her bed.
She wanted to lay down and see how she liked it.
Harper and her Daddy! Happy Father's Day Blake!
You are an awesome Dad and Harper loves you so much!
Blake and Harper-at Coolidge Park
We went there so Harper could play on the Splash Pad thing but when we walked up there were a lot of big kids and Harper told us that she didn't want to. That was a quick trip.
